Well this ended up being a wonder new experience seeing so many bassets in just one place. It was fenced in so they could run and have fun off lead. what a site that was. Ruby ran and had a great time. Bonnie wellllll she walked around the picnic tables and looked and begged for food. She never ran around with the others just looked to find any food she could smell.............but that was our bon bon. Food was her passion......unfortunately it rained all day so the waddle thru the amusement park never happened.It was a day I will always remember tho. I wish both of these babies would be moving with me. Seems like just yesterday but Bonnie I'm sure is sitting in the middle of the buffet table and ruby napping under a shade tree although if there is a fireplace somewhere at the bridge that is where she is. Miss both of my babies.........................
Such sweet dogs! Bassets and Beagles are my favorite, with their colors and their eyes. Our Beagle is an old girl and probably won't be with us much longer. Until then, we're loving her!
